NT Concepts, a leading innovator of intelligence and national security solutions, was awarded the DISA DITCO Encore III Navy Housing Enterprise Military Housing (eMH) II task order. The 5-year, $125 million award supports comprehensive agency-wide support services for the eMH system to manage the real property and case management for all global Department of Defense (DoD) military housing. NT Concepts and trusted partner Applied Engineering Management (AEM) collaborated on the opportunity to support the mission-critical system, which is the largest task order award to date under the Encore III IDIQ.
The eMH is an integrated, web-based housing application that consolidates day-to-day information management, asset management, and associated metrics reports and dashboards. Using a common data warehouse and business modules, the system automates headquarter, regional, and installation housing business processes. The insights derived allow the DoD to manage over 750,000 housing units and provide a full range of on and off base housing services such as managing more than 7.5 million active accompanied and unaccompanied furnishings throughout the DoD enterprise in 400 locations globally.
“We understand the importance of the eMH program and its positive impact on the quality of life for the hundreds of thousands of active-duty soldiers, sailors, airmen, Marines, Coast Guardsmen, DoD civilians, and their families who rely on the program for all their housing needs,” said Darin Powers, president and chief operating officer of NT Concepts. “eMH is a model for joint service enterprise evolution, and we’re honored to help advance its continued success.”
“Over three decades, eMH has evolved from serving only the Navy to becoming the DoD enterprise program of record for housing management,” added Sharon deMonsabert, president of AEM Corporation. “We have been proud to support eMH over this time and look forward to supporting eMH’s success as its mission continues to evolve.”
NT Concepts brings more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, data analytics, enterprise IT solutions, and large-scale program management to the eMH program. The company will provide agency-wide support services for the eMH system, including technology and automation support, day-to-day system management, cybersecurity, and 24/7 global end-user support.
