NT Concepts, a leading innovator of intelligence and national security solutions, has appointed Mark Cabrey as senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). A proven leader in the federal information services industry with more than 30 years of experience, Cabrey will focus on driving progress across finance, operations, and sales.
“Mark brings extensive experience—not only from the financial side of the house but also his ability to create high-performing teams and innovative differentiators,” said Darin Powers, president and COO. “He’s a multi-dimensional executive, and we’re confident his strategic vision will add critical value as we pursue this year of growth and realignment of our P&L centers.”
Cabrey succeeds Philip R. Chase, who has been NT Concepts’ CFO since 2013. Chase will continue to serve NT Concepts, joining the organization’s Board of Directors. Under Chases’ leadership, NT Concepts grew from a small IT firm to a thriving mid-tier technology and data innovator in the government sector.
“We are thrilled to welcome Mark to NT Concepts,” said Michele Bolos, founder and CEO. “He takes the reins from Philip, who has been an incredibly vital part of NT Concepts’ growth and success. Philip’s keen financial acumen and commitment to our core values has helped make this company what it is today. We value Philip’s continued insight as a member of our board.”
Prior to NT Concepts, Cabrey served in senior financial and operational leadership roles for public and private firms. Most recently, Cabrey held both COO and CFO positions at Technica Corporation and led Phacil, Inc. in multiple capacities, including president and COO. Cabrey is a graduate of Villanova University and serves on the board for Make-A-Wish, Mid-Atlantic.
