The fine print
All full-time open cleared positions, excluding interns and consultants, are eligible for a referral bonus.
The bonus amount is based on the type of position plus candidate experience and clearance level (Secret up to TS/SCI + FSP). Review the program terms and conditions to ensure both you as the referrer and your candidate meet the program requirements.
