Robert Frizzelle

Vice President, Advanced Programs

A problem solver in the intelligence community, Bob leads the pursuit, capture, and delivery of analytic systems, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science. Bob finds creative ways to build teams and apply technologies to solve client problems in practical, affordable solutions.

Most of Bob's experience with large, complex systems was at Northrop Grumman (NG), where he led system engineering and software development teams building intelligence data processing applications in aircraft and space systems. While at NG, he led the capture and competitive win of several prime contracts, including a $700 million mission data processing system, a $1 billion space constellation, and a $5 billion missile program, each of which were the high bid. He once presented a concept to a classified customer that resulted in a nine-figure, sole-source award. Since retiring from Northrop as the leader of the Corporate Cyber initiative, Bob has served as a Vice President at CSC, SM&A, and Booz Allen Hamilton. At CSC, Bob was the General Manager of a $200 million/year business unit serving all five major IC customers.

With an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Duke University, Bob served in the U.S. Air Force for five years as a Signals Intelligence Officer, earning a Meritorious Service Medal. Bob has served as President of the Preserve Community Homeowners Association for over ten years, and is an active member of the Intelligence & National Security Alliance (INSA).
